After spending way too many months “thinking” about a work at home based business opportunity, we finally realized the Freedom Plan was what we had been looking for. Now that we run our own unique home based business, we can live and enjoy our lives like we always imagined it would be.
We have committed certain hours to working each week; however, gone are the 40 – 60 hour work weeks we used to be strapped down with. We love having the freedom to come and go as we please. Last year we flew the entire family to Palm Desert California for a 2 week break from the winter doldrums of the Northeast. Staying right on the golf course was something my husband always wanted to do and we made it happen. Enjoying all the benefits of the resort and gourmet dinners is something we never would’ve be able to do just a few years ago. Sure we love all the travel and purchases we made, but I think what we enjoy most is the free time we have come accustomed to. No more rushing out the door to get to meetings on time and no more impossible deadlines stressing us out. On some days we end our day at noon, take a leisurely lunch and arrive home in time to pick up the children from school. Our children even enjoy the “new us” now that we’ve found the Freedom Plan.
Sometimes as we sit on our deck enjoying the morning, we laugh about all the corporate pressure we were under and the strict rules we had to follow. It is amazing how much more we enjoy life after joining the Freedom Plan.
